7-8:30pm: Dinner at Cheticamp.

8:30-10:00: Roasting marshmallows by fire.

10:00-11:00pm: Get situated.

11pm: Bed.

Monday

7:30am: Rise and Shine.

8-8:30am: Breakfast.

8:45-9am: Warm up.

9-12:30: First training session.

12:00-1:30pm: Lunch break.

1:30-4:00pm: Second session.

4:00-6:00pm: Swimming at waterfalls.

6:30-6:70pm: Dinner.

7:30-10pm: Beach bonfire / Music.

11pm: Bed.

Tuesday

7:30am: Rise and Shine.

8-8:30am: Breakfast.

8:45-9am: Warm up.

9-12:30: First session of the day.

12:00-2pm: Lunch break / Swimming.

2-4:15pm: Second session.

4:30-5:30pm: Swimming at the beach.

5:30-6:30pm: Dinner.

6:30-10pm: Movie / Cards Night.

11pm: Bed.

Wednesday

7:30am: Rise and Shine.

8-8:30am: Breakfast.

8:45-9am: Warm ups.

9-12:30: First session.

12:00-2pm: Lunch at Restaurant / Swimming at beach.

2-4:15pm: Whale Tour.

4:30-6:30pm: Second session.

5:30-6:30pm: Dinner.

6:30-10pm: Fiddle Concert.

11pm: Bed.

Thursday

7:30am: Rise and Shine.

8-8:30am: Breakfast.

8:45-9am: Warm up.

9-12:30: First session of the day.

12:00-1pm: Lunch break.

1-3:00pm: Session two.

3-10pm: Trip to Meat Cove.

11pm: Bed.

Friday

7:30am: Rise and Shine.

12:00-2pm: Lunch break / Swimming at beach.

2-4pm: Squash tournament.

4-7:30pm: Kayaking.

7:30-9:30pm: Dinner at Mountain Trail Restaurant.

10:30pm: Bed.

7:30am: Rise and Shine.

8-8:30am: Breakfast.

8:45-9am: Warm up.

9-12:30: First session of the day.

12:00pm: Leave for Overnight Hike to Pollet's Cove
